Northeast frontier railway has published a notification for the recruitment of various Apprentices jobs. Those candidates who have completed the ITI and interested in the given details and completed all eligibility criteria, they can apply the online application, candidates are requested to read the notification carefully before applying.
Northeast Railway Apprentices Job 2020 Important Date Details:
Starting date of online application: 16/08/2020 at 10:00 hour
Last date of online application: 15/09/220 at 22:00 hour
Northeast Railway Apprentices Job 2020 Mode of Selection:
- The merit list in each unit will be percentage of marks obtained in matriculation marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done will be on the basis of the average marks in matriculation and ITI.
- For the purpose of calculation of the percentage of matriculation, marks obtained by the candidates in all subjects will be reckoned and not on the basis of marks of any subject or a group of subjects like best of five etc For the purpose of calculation of the percentage of ITI marks, average marks mentioned in consolidated statement of marks for all s mentioned in the provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT, will only be reckoned.
- In the case of two candidates having the same marks, the candidates with older age shall be preferred. In case the date of birth is also the same, then the candidate who passed the matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first.
- A final merit list will be prepared unit wise, trade wise and community wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate, as stated above. Shortlisted candidates, thus enlisted in respective units, will be called for document verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the notified vacancies.

Northeast Railway Apprentices Job 2020 Age Limits:
- For UR: 15 to 24
- For Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates
